What is the Youtrust AI connector?
The Youtrust AI connector lets you manage your signature requests directly from your AI agent, without opening Youtrust.
Ask questions in plain language, check statuses, and send documents, all while staying in the flow of what you were already doing.
No technical setup. No new interface to learn. Just ask, and your AI agent handles the rest.
The connector uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), a standard that lets AI assistants securely interact with external services like Youtrust.
What can you do with it?
Here are five things you can do today with the Youtrust AI connector.
Check if someone has signed
You are drafting a welcome email for a new hire. Before you finalize it, you want to confirm that the offer letter has already been signed. No need to open Youtrust.
You: Has Camille Martin signed the offer letter I sent her?

Get a full picture of what is pending
You start your week in your AI chat, planning your priorities. Before you write your follow-up plan, you want a quick overview of everything still waiting on a signature.
You: Show me all my signature requests that are still pending.

Send a request from a template
You are finalizing a new hire with your manager. Everything is confirmed. You want to send the NDA right away, without opening a new tab.

Create a signature request without a template
ou are closing a deal with a new client. The contract doesn't match any of your templates, and all the details are already in your CRM. You want to set up the signature request without typing everything again.
You: Create a signature request called "Acme service agreement". Claire Dubois [[email protected]] signs first, then our CEO Marc Lefèvre [[email protected]]. Keep [email protected] informed and remind them every 2 days.
AI agent: I've created a draft called "Acme service agreement":
- Signers, in this order: Claire Dubois, then Marc Lefèvre
- Follower: [email protected]
- Reminders: every 2 days
To finish, open the draft in Youtrust to add your document and place the signature fields. Then you can send it from Youtrust, or ask me to send it.

Edit a draft signature request
Before sending the Acme contract, you notice that Claire's email address is wrong. Your manager also wants to approve the contract before anyone signs.
You: Claire's email is actually [email protected]. Also, my manager Alice Bernard [[email protected]] needs to approve it before anyone signs.
AI agent: Done. I've updated the draft "Acme service agreement":

- Alice Bernard is added as an approver, before the signers
No one has been notified yet: recipients receive an email only once you send the request.

How to install the AI connector
The Youtrust AI connector works with Claude Chat, ChatGPT, Mistral Vibe and Dust. Follow the guide for your AI agent below.
Claude Chat (claude.ai)
Open Claude chat and click Customize in the top left, then go to Connectors
Click the + button, then Add custom connector
Fill in the following:
Name: Youtrust
MCP URL:

Click Add
Once the connector appears, click Connect
Log in to your Youtrust account and accept the connection
You are all set. To get started, you can ask: "What can I do with the Youtrust connector?"
ChatGPT
Open the Youtrust app page in ChatGPT
In the search bar, type Youtrust.
Click the Youtrust app in the search results.
On the app page, click Connect.
In the Add Youtrust to ChatGPT window, click Sign in with Youtrust.
Log in to your Youtrust account, review the requested permissions, and click Accept.
You will be redirected back to ChatGPT, where Youtrust is installed.
You are all set. Click Start chat to begin, or in any conversation, ask: "What can I do with the Youtrust connector?"
Mistral Vibe
Open Mistral Vibe
Open the right side panel, go to Intelligence > Connectors, then click Add connector
Fill in the following:

Click Connect
Log in to your Youtrust account and accept the connection

Dust
Adding an MCP server in Dust is done by a workspace administrator. If you are not an admin, ask the person who manages your Dust workspace to complete these steps.
In Dust, go to Spaces > Tools
Click Add Tool
In the list of Dust-built MCP servers, select Youtrust
When prompted for authentication, keep the recommended Automatic option. This triggers a secure OAuth login flow.
Log in to your Youtrust account and accept the connection
Once the tool is created, add it to the agent(s) you want to use it with

Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe when I use the AI connector?
Yes. The AI connector connects to your Youtrust account using a secure, authenticated connection. Youtrust is GDPR-compliant, and all activity goes through our standard infrastructure, the same as when you use Youtrust directly.
For questions about how your AI agent handles data, refer to its own privacy policy.
Are there usage limits?
Yes. The AI connector has a rate limit of 100 MCP tools calls per minute per user.
If you are on a free trial, sending signature requests through the AI connector is limited to 20 per hour per organization.
Please use the AI connector responsibly. Organizations must not send more than 100 signature requests per month via the AI connector. Doing so will be considered abusive usage, and we reserve the right to restrict access in those cases.
Which AI agents are supported?
At launch, the AI connector works with Claude chat (claude.ai), ChatGPT, Mistral Vibe, and Dust. We are actively working on expanding to more agents.

Who can use the AI connector?
All Youtrust users can use the AI connector, regardless of their plan or role. It is available on all plans, including the free trial.
